PEACH SALAD 
1 lg. box peach Jello
3 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Put in saucepan and place over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, stirring gently. Remove from heat and, when at room temperature, add (in mixing bowl) buttermilk and Cool Whip. Blend well and pour into molds. (I use a little mayonnaise in molds.)
