MARDI GRAS SHRIMP 
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic
1 bunch green onions
1 lb. shrimp
2 tsp. creole seasoning
1/2 c. whipping cream
8-12 oz. pasta

Melt butter, press garlic, chop onions; mix together. Peel shrimp, add to butter and saute 4 minutes. Add seasoning, cream and cooked pasta and toss together.
