CARAMEL MORSEL BARS 
14 oz. bag caramels
3 tbsp. water
5 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Melt caramels in water in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Pour over Rice Krispies and peanuts. Stir until well coated. Press into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over top.

Bake in 200 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or until morsels are softened. Spread until blended with knife to form a frosting. Cool in refrigerator until frosting is hard. Cut into bars.
