BREADED TOFU 
1 lb. tofu, cubed
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
Vegetables, diced
Garlic
Red sauce of choice

Combine tofu and bread crumbs in bag and toss. Saute tofu, vegetables and garlic in olive oil. Add your red sauce, cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
