3 qt. ripe tomatoes
3 - 4 hot peppers
4 lg. onions
4 lg. sweet peppers
1 - 2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Chop onion, pepper and tomatoes very fine. Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Put in jars and seal. NOTE: You can add more red or hot pepper if you want this hotter.
