PURPLE PLUM CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can purple plums
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts

Chop up plums and drain off juice. Combine all ingredients. Beat for 2 or 3 minutes. Bake in bundt pan for 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees.

CARAMEL ICING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. cream

Mix together and boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake.
