CHERRY SQUARES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 can cherry pie filling (can also use raspberry jam or blueberry pie filling)

Mix together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour. Spread 3/4 of the batter on a cookie sheet with edges (dough will be sticky). Top with fruit filling. Dob rest of batter over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until brownish. Delicious.
