BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. red pepper
Salt to taste

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, place chicken, pour butter over it. Then vinegar. Sprinkle over red pepper and salt. Mix lightly. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. (Delicious in a sandwich!)
