CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 pieces of whole leg quarters
3 cans cream of chicken
1 (16 oz.) size of sour cream
1 whole pack of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter

First of all you take the chicken parts and place them in a quart size boiler and bring to a boil; after chicken has boiled 30 minutes, let cool for about 10 minutes. Take meat off the bones (no bones, no skin, just the meat). Then take your 3 cans of cream of chicken and your sour cream together and stir it well. Place meat in a saucepan; pour sour cream mix over the top of meat. Pour butter and Ritz crackers over the top. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
