CARROLL'S CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 pkg. French onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can rice
1 1/2 cans water
4 to 8 pieces of chicken without skin (breast & leg quarters)

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered for 1/2 the time. A 9 x 11 inch pan works best. No measuring cups needed, the soup can is all you need.
