MEXICAN SALSA 
1 lg. tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 hot red jalapeno
1 green jalapeno
2 hot carrot slices
1/4 c. green enchilada sauce or green taco sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 red bell pepper

Finely dice all of the vegetables and mix together with lemon juice. Add enchilada sauce and mix again. Um Um good! Delicious.
