RAINBOW JELLO | |
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello 1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello Each Jello is made with 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water. SOUR CREAM FILLING: 2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 pt. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla 2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin Boil 2 cups milk; add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup water, then add to milk. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. In a 13"x9"x2" glass pan, pour in one Jello and chill. Divide sour cream in thirds. When Jello is set, pour on sour cream and let set. Alternate layers, letting each layer set about 40 minutes. Let set overnight. |
