2 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. chopped pears without peels 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. oil or melted butter 1 egg Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom of 9x5 loaf pan. Combine all ingredients until blended. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
