CINNAMON FINGERS 
1 loaf white bread (soft - Wonder)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. cinnamon, sugar mixture

Melt butter. Mix egg yolk and softened cream cheese. Cut crusts off bread and roll each piece out with rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of rolled out bread. Roll bread up like finger with cream cheese mixture on inside, roll in butter and cinnamon, sugar mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 minutes. Cut into thirds.
