MOM'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
20 slices of bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
8 eggs
4 c. milk

Trim bread crust and pat in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt cheese in double broiler and pour over bread. Mix eggs and milk and pour over ingredients. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until set.
