BEEF AND BEANS ROLLS 
1 lb. sukiyaki meat or lean beef, sliced
20 fresh green beans
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Pepper and salt to taste
Lemon juice

Boil 2 cups water and add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add beans and cook covered for 3 minutes or until tender. Soak in cold water and drain. Cut off both ends and cut in half crosswise, set aside.

Lay beef slices flat on cutting board. Sift cornstarch, salt and pepper lightly on beef slice. Place 4 beans crosswise on end of beef slice. Roll beef diagonally around beans. Put toothpick into beef to secure form. Repeat with remaining beef and beans.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook beef rolls on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until brown on all sides. Take all toothpicks from rolls and serve. Sprinkle lemon juice or soy sauce if desired. Makes 4 servings.
