RICE AND BEAN SALAD 
1 c. cooked long grained rice
1 lb. can green beans, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. onions, finely chopped

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill and serve on crisp greens. Serves 6-8. For best flavor, combine ingredients while rice is hot.
