1 lg. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits 1 stick butter 1 bag colored sm. marshmallows Confectioners' sugar for decoration Melt chocolate bits and butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and cool. Test with 1 marshmallow. If it melts, wait awhile. If cool enough, add marshmallows and coat well. Take a piece of tin foil the size of a cookie sheet and spread confectioners' sugar on it. Spoon mixture out across the middle. Turn over the tops together and smooth out along the way and then squeeze edges together to form a large log. Put in freezer until needed (about 1 hour for setting). Cut in slices. |
