SEAFOOD ALFREDO 
1 (7 oz.) can of snow crab drained and cleaned
1 (7 oz.) can shrimp or 1/2 lb. fresh small shrimp
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. pearl onions cooked 4 to 5 minutes
1 c. thinly sliced celery, saute tender, but crisp

CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. light cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper and garlic powder

Cook cream sauce in top of double boiler. DO NOT BOIL SAUCE. Add sea food, onions, celery. You may add 1 tablespoon chopped pimento and 1 cup frozen peas (optional). Place over low heat until hot through 15 to 25 minutes. Serve with: 1. Pasta shells small. 2. Puff pastry shells. 3. Croissants heated and split (my favorite).

Serve with a light salad.
