2 c. applesauce
1 can condensed milk
1 lemon rind & juice
3 eggs
4 tbsp. melted butter
20 to 22 graham crackers

Separate eggs; beat separately. Mix together applesauce, milk, lemon rind and juice and beaten egg yolks; fold in beaten whites. Mix butter with graham crackers; put half crumbs on bottom of greased springform pan. Pour in batter and put remaining half crumbs on top. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
