2 lg. pkgs. lime Jello
4 grated carrots
2 stalks celery
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. black walnuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Mix cream cheese, carrots, pineapple and nuts together well. Add to Jello and mix. Add marshmallows last and put in refrigerator to set.
