BANANA BREAD 
2 med. ripe bananas
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice to reg. milk)
2 eggs

Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Mash bananas with potato masher and add milk. Add the two mixtures alternately to flour mixture. Blend well. Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Turn out onto rack as soon as removing from oven.
