PEACH-CANTALOUPE MARMALADE 
2 c. ripe peaches, peeled and diced
2 c. cantaloupe, peeled and diced
Grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
12 maraschino cherries, with juice
3 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel kettle, set over rather low heat and simmer until the mixture is quite thick. Stir frequently while cooking. Have scalded pint size jars ready. Pour into jars and seal. Yield: about 4 pints.
