12 slices bacon, about 1/2 lb., crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, about 4 oz.
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender at high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes until top is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
