HAM & BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. instant rice

In a large bowl, blend cheese spread, soup and milk. Saute onion in butter; cook broccoli until tender; drain. Add onion, broccoli, ham and uncooked rice to soup mixture. Pour into casserole and bake covered in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
