CHEESE CASSEROLE SOUFFLE | |
8 slices bread 8 oz. sharp cheese 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Remove crusts and butter bread slices. Grate cheese. Alternate layers of bread and cheese in dish. Combine milk, mustard, beaten eggs and salt. Pour over bread and cheese layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
