CONCORD GRAPE PIE 
Get pulp from grapes and put in kettle. Put hulls in another kettle. Cook pulp until seeds come out and then run through colander. Put pulp and hulls together and cook 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool. One pint makes one pie.

Sprinkle flour on unbaked pie crust. Put in grape mixture, one heaping teaspoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoons white sugar. Dot with butter. Put on top crust. Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
