FRENCH BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
8 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
2 tsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. dill
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil

Add Bleu cheese to vinegar and let stand 5-10 minutes. Add sugar, garlic, mustard, and dill to vinegar and Bleu cheese. Blend with a fork. Add olive oil and blend with the fork. Serve with crackers or as a salad dressing.
