BANANA NUT MUFFINS | |
2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 c. thawed frozen apple juice concentrate 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans 3/4 c. skim milk 2 very, very ripe bananas 2 egg whites 2 tbsp. oil Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl or blender. Add to dry ingredients the rest and mix. Makes 12 muffins. Bake for 17 minutes no longer. |
