BARBECUED CHICKEN - TEXAS STYLE 
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 broiler fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut into quarters OR
4 to 6 deboned, skinless chicken breasts

Marinate chicken overnight. Beat when grilled outdoors, but can be broiled.
