PORK AND PASTA BAKE 
16 oz. box ziti
16 oz. pork sausage
2 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce (or make your own)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Prepare ziti as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pork sausage until well browned, stirring occasionally. Remove saucepan from heat, drain off fat. Stir in ricotta, next 3 ingredients and half of sauce. Add ziti and toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
