CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour

Cream the cheese and butter together. Add vanilla, sugar, and eggs; beat until creamy. Mix 1/2 cup of flour at a time until the flour has been absorbed.

Spray loaf pans or tube pan with PAM and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
