FRANK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. franks
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
French fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Place onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
