PARTY CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 c. diced cooked chicken 1 1/2 c. diced celery 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise only 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs Combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, olives, onion, salt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spoon into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese and butter. Toss with bread crumbs. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes until brown. Serve on lettuce. |
