PEACH KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. butter recipe yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 lg. can sliced peaches, well drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly, mix in coconut. Press even layer of mixture lightly over bottom and halfway up sides of ungreased 9x13x2 inch oblong pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Arrange peach slices over base. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Mix sour cream and egg; pour over top. Bake 30 minutes longer. Do not over bake. Serve warm. 12-15 servings.
