TURTLE NUT CAKE | |
1 Swiss chocolate cake mix 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped nuts Prepare cake mix according to package. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt caramels, milk and butter. Sprinkle nuts and chips over baked cake. Spread caramel mixture over chips and nuts. Pour other half of cake batter over top of filling and bake for 20 minutes. |
