CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tbsp. cocoa, divided
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Pour into 9" square pan. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa and salt; mix well. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
