MEXICAN EGG DISH 
1 can diced green chilies
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. grated cheese
12 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine and spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix in blender. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 12.
