MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 (12 oz.) sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onions (saute)
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. pimentos

Mix all ingredients and put in large greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Dot with butter (about 3 tablespoons). Bake at 350 degrees until done - uncovered - approximately 45 minutes.
