COOL WHIP CAKE 
1 box cake mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Drained pineapple juice
Coconut or cherries (optional)

ICING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake according to package directions, except the water. Drain a 15 1/2 ounce can of pineapple into measuring cup and add water called for on box. Use juice instead of all water. Add one package of vanilla instant pudding. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan, greased and floured.

ICING: Mix all ingredients well. Ice cake and sprinkle with coconut or dot with cherries. Refrigerate.
