STUFF CRABS 
Crab meat, 1 pt. white, 2 pts. claw
1/2 c. onion
1 c. green onions
1 med. bell pepper
1 stick butter
1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice

First check crab meat for any shells that may have been left during the cleaning process.

Combine butter, onion and bell pepper in a pan. Cook on a medium fire for 20 minutes.

Next place French bread into butter, onion and bell pepper combination. Cook about 1/2 hour.

Then place crab meat into pan. Add lemon juice and egg to mixture. Season to taste. Stuff crabshell or crab dish and serve.
