CHESS PIE 
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tsp. cornstarch

Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and butter. Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Add to egg yolks, sugar and butter. Beat egg white stiff. Fold in with egg yolk mixture and milk and cornstarch. Bake in partly baked crust at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
