1 pkg. Creamed Old English Cheese (2 sm. glass jars)
3 stuffed olives, chopped
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped sweet or sour pickles
2-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt

Grind or shred the cheese and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Form into a ball or roll; wrap in foil; chill overnight. Serve with cracker assortment.
