4 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. white wine or sherry
Pepper
Garlic (opt.)
4 chicken breasts

Mix flour with sour cream. Combine with all other ingredients except chicken. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour mixture over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
