KEY LIME PIE 
1 1/2 c. sweetened milk (condensed)
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. key lime juice
1 9" baked pie shell
4 tbsp. sugar

Blend condensed milk, lime juice and some rind (grated), then add the egg yolks. Mix well; pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Swirl meringue on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is slightly browned. Chill before serving.
