SQUASH PATTIES 
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Drain squash. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Add a little more flour if needed. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until browned on both sides. Serves 4.
