COMPANY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. cream, whipped
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine whipped cream, salad dressing, lemon juice and salt. Combine remaining ingredients; place in large bowl. Toss lightly with dressing. Serve in lettuce cup with crisp crackers or potato chips. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
