PRALINE COOKIES 
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
1 egg white
2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Beat egg until not too stiff. Fold sugar, flour and salt into the egg white and add pecans.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. If egg is small or you wish cookies to run thinner, use 2 egg whites.
