CRAB DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
Horseradish
Ketchup
Lemon slice for garnish
Parsley sprig for garnish

Allow cream cheese to soften. Place on platter and flatten out. Spread crabmeat on top of cheese. Mix together horseradish and ketchup to desired strength (bottled cocktail sauce can be substituted). Spread sauce over crab and cheese. Garnish with lemon slice and parsley sprig. Keep refrigerated until just before serving. Should soften a little before serving.

Serves 10-12.
