PORK ROAST WITH TANGY SAUCE 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder, divided
4 lb. boneless pork loin
1 c. apple jelly
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine salt, garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder; rub on roast. Place fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hours until pork reaches 170 degrees on meat thermometer. Combine jelly, catsup, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and vinegar. Bring to a boil; simmer 2 minutes, uncovered; set aside. Brush with sauce 15 minutes before roast is done. Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat.
